We Update Your Account

Our team will apply the tax exemption to your customer profile. If you have any pending orders, we'll remove the tax from those as well.

Once your account is updated, the exemption applies automatically to all future orders. No need to resubmit your certificate each time you purchase.

Can You Remove Tax from an Order I Already Placed?

Yes. If you've already placed an order and your tax-exempt certificate is on file or submitted at the same time, our team can remove the tax from that order.

Do I Need to Resubmit My Certificate for Each Order?

No. Once we apply the exemption to your account, it stays active for all future orders. You'll only need to resubmit if your certificate expires or your exemption status changes.

How Quickly Is the Exemption Applied?

If you call during business hours, we can often update your account while you're on the phone. Certificates submitted by email are typically processed within one business day.

Do I Need an Account to Be Tax-Exempt?

The exemption is tied to your customer account, so you'll need one for it to apply automatically. Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute.
