The Eisco One Meter Wheatstone Bridge is a classic four-gap meter bridge, ideal for measuring unknown resistances and performing resistance comparison experiments in physics labs. The unit consists of heavily plated brass strips mounted securely to a solid hardwood base. A resistance wire with millimeter-scale graduations is stretched across the meter, designed to maintain accuracy with a negligible temperature coefficient.

Five terminal posts allow for the attachment of resistors and a power source, while two additional brass strips can be used to eliminate the central gaps as needed. The included jockey contact is used to make precise sliding contact along the resistance wire. A convenient measuring meter is embedded into the baseboard for easy reading. This apparatus supports advanced instruction in Ohm’s Law, circuit balancing, and bridge circuits, and is ideal for NGSS-aligned high school and college physics curricula.
